SRV’s Nissniku multi-purpose building in Masala, Kirkkonummi, was named Finland’s Construction Site of the Year 2026 by Rakennuslehti. Site management used Aiforsite to keep an up-to-date picture of progress and resources against the plan, and Wendy AI turned that data into weekly reports and real-time alerts.

The project
- Project: timber-framed multi-purpose building in Masala, Kirkkonummi
- Use: comprehensive school for grades 1–9, library, adult education centre and youth facilities
- Client: Municipality of Kirkkonummi
- Contractor and delivery model: SRV, lifecycle model
- Size: 9,500 m² gross floor area
- Ready for use: 2028
The challenge
A multi-purpose building with many subcontractors and work phases requires site management to see, area by area, whether work is progressing as planned and whether the right crews are on site. Manual follow-up takes time, and deviations are often noticed too late.
The solution
Aiforsite combined 360 Reality Capture and Workforce Analytics with the project schedule and resource plan. Wendy AI ran two automated workflows:
- Schedule vs 360: every week, Wendy AI compared 360° captures with scheduled tasks and reported which work was on time, behind or ahead of schedule, with suggested priorities for the next work phases.
- Planned vs actual resources: the crew detected on site was compared with planned resources by production area, and deviations were sent to site management in real time.

The result
Plan, progress and actions stayed in one chain, which left site managers more time to run production. Nissniku was the second Construction Site of the Year in a row to use Aiforsite, following Jatke’s M14 Signe in 2025.
“What you don’t measure, you can’t manage. Aiforsite brings the flow of production, and how it compares with the plan, into view in real time, so deviations can be addressed before they turn into problems.”
Markus Seipäjärvi, Site Manager, SRV, Nissniku
